A familiar presence.
The Tächi belongs to Mürren. Its name is at home in the village long before it appears on an airship. When the compact working fleet gains a village shuttle, choosing a name is therefore a fairly modest task. Dark envelope, yellow nose. TÄCHI.
The short journeys.
MULE handles supplies; HENRY DUNANT provides medical assistance. TÄCHI takes care of local transport. Its small passenger gondola belongs to the journeys that keep coming round: a ride, a familiar face, the next circuit.
The last journey home counts too.
In everyday life, not every connection needs a grand story. It needs to happen again. TÄCHI stands for that kind of reliability. After the last round, it moors at the home port. Anything left on board stays in lost property for now.

One home port.
The home port is MRRN Aérodrome, at the cliff edge beside the Sportchalet Mürren. The fleet shares the tasks. The path back to the village remains short.
